It’s common for people in recovery to steer clear of parties or dinners because they’re concerned about the thought of wine or beer being served, or the sight of other people drinking might trigger cravings, which may eventually lead to relapse.

It can also promote a positive outlook, reduce anxiety, increase self-awareness, and regulate moods. On the other hand, heading out to enjoy the sun can reset the circadian rhythm, making a huge difference in individuals struggling with insomnia while in recovery.
